As an Executive Coach, I specialize in empowering leaders and teams in complex, dynamic environments, and in helping them to reach their highest goals with vision and agility. And in today’s upside-down world, what situation isn’t complex and dynamic? I’ve long worked with innovators, entrepreneurs, change-makers, and professionals at all levels moving into more complex situations than what they’ve been trained for. I’ve been coaching, consulting, researching and leading in various types of business environments for 30 years. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, I advised mission-driven organizations on strategy, governance and management as an independent consultant, helping clients to build organizational infrastructure to implement their visions. My passion for agility in business leadership began in the early days of my career while doing IT innovation for Accenture and spending time in tech hubs throughout the country. This sparked an interest that led me to the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where I investigated the ways in which ecosystems, collaborative partnerships and empowered workplaces unleash innovation and success. As I moved into Executive Coaching, I began to focus on the leadership skills and capacities it takes to lead in these dynamic, innovative environments. I continue to bring these insights to my clients by supporting you to build the systems and leadership capabilities you need to achieve success, however you define it.
I have a PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. I am a certified coach through Teleos Leadership Institute, a certified Foundations Team Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m also certified to deliver a broad range of leadership capacity and style assessments.

If you’re ready to take your leadership to a whole new level, Stratosphere has your travel plans. We begin by envisioning a desired future, freed of your current limitations. Then, we get feedback from your colleagues on your ability to lead with courage, agility and resiliency in a complex and uncertain world so that you know exactly where the starting point is. Using the results of this assessment, we work together to set goals and create a learning agenda. This process typically lasts 6 to 9 months, but can be tailored to meet your time constraints as well as your growth needs.

· Strategic Visioning and Framework. (Individuals or Teams) Does your strategic plan sit on the shelf becoming obsolete while the environment changes at break-neck speed? What if you could make real time strategic decisions day-in and day-out, even when the strategic plan assumptions are out of date? Learn how to hone-in deeply on your vision and to build and implement a framework that will give you more agility than a plan.
· Systems Thinker (Individuals or Teams). Do you ever feel that the people who are supposed to be on your side are working against you? More than a team improvement exercise, systemic team coaching is based on a whole new leadership model that focuses both on internal team dynamics and on external value-creation for stakeholders.
